Monthly Retainer $4,500-$6,000/month Ongoing operational support for onboarding, compliance, documentation, and system optimization.

Bylaw Infraction Letter Writing $2,000 - $4,000/month. Ongoing bylaw infraction letter coordination for your property portfolio. I work with your existing templates, follow each corporation's specific bylaws, and ensure compliance with the Condo Act.

Hourly Consulting $75/hour For smaller projects, audits, or ad-hoc support.

System Implementation $5,000-$10,000 per project. CRM migrations, workflow automation, payment integrations, and team training.
