What is an Operational Systems Builder?
I come into remote-first teams, observe how the work actually flows, find where the manual processes are quietly costing everyone their energy, and build the systems that remove that friction. Then I hand off cleanly and move on. It is not ongoing management. It is a defined build with a real beginning, middle, and end. What makes you different from hiring a Virtual Assistant?
A VA executes what you assign. I diagnose what you have not had time to see. I observe how your team operates, identify the gaps, and build the systems that fix them. The work I leave behind runs without me.
What kinds of founders and businesses do you work with?
Remote-first companies between 2 and 15 people in the digital nomad, wellness, mission-driven, and SaaS ecosystem. Founders who have been building for 5 or more years and know something needs to change operationally. I am not afraid of technology, and I am tool-agnostic. I work with what you already have before suggesting anything new. What is the difference between you and a Fractional COO?
Fractional COOs typically stay at the strategy and leadership level. I bring the strategic thinking and implement it. I sit in your meetings, audit your tools, interview your team, and build the systems. Then I train the right person to run them and exit cleanly. What time zones do you support?
I have supported teams across AEST, PST, CST, GMT, and EST. I am currently based in Toronto and relocating to Spain later this year, which means I am comfortable working across North American and European time zones as a digital nomad..

What does the engagement look like?
Three months. Month 1 is a full audit where I sit in your meetings, review your tools, and interview each team member about their workflow. In month 2, I build and implement what the audit identified. In month 3, I close loose ends, document everything, train your team, and hand off cleanly. How is my tier determined?
Based on your intake form responses before our first call. Teams of 2 to 5 people are typically a Foundation engagement at $2,000 per month. Teams of 6 to 15 people with more complex operations are typically a Full Build at $3,500 per month. You receive one clear recommendation, not a menu of options. What is included in every engagement?
A full audit of tools, workflows, and team processes. Individual team member interviews. A friction map. Up to three core systems built or rebuilt. Process documentation and SOPs. Weekly check-ins. Handoff documentation and team training. 30 days of post-handoff email support. What is not included?
Marketing, content creation, or copywriting. Custom coding or technical development. Hiring and recruiting. Ongoing maintenance after the engagement ends. Any new tool costs are paid directly by the company. What happens after 3 months?
You walk away with documented systems, a trained team, and everything needed to run operations without me. If new needs emerge down the line, a fresh engagement can be scoped. There are no open-ended retainers and no pressure to continue. IF you do want to continue working on another layer of the OP’s onion, we would review the top priorities and start again.

How long does a web design build take?
Most projects are completed within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback are provided. I’ll guide you through the process with a clear project tracker so nothing feels overwhelming. What preparation is needed from me to create my website?
1. An idea on your domain name (I can help you set it up).
2. Copy for your website, including a business description, mission statement, about yourself and your business, testimonials, a list of your services/products and a description of all of them (yet I can help you).
3. A library of photos of what you want on your website (I can assist in the choices etc).
4. Your logo, brand colours, fonts, and core visuals.
5. Your vision and goals. What platform will my website be built on, and why?
SquareSpace or Wix, as they are the ones I am most familiar with. They are also relatively easy for you to make small adjustments on your own, should you want to, after the project is done. What pages are necessary to have on a new website?
You will need to have the following pages at a minimum: Home, Services, About, Contact, FAQs, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer. Why should I choose you?
Web design is something I genuinely enjoy, which means I bring real care to your project. You will get clear communication, a structured project tracker, and a result you are proud of.

What types of roles do you typically step into?
Remote roles that include onboarding specialist, project manager, customer support, and Executive Assistant. The bottom line is, I support founders in scaling sustainably. How do you adapt when working with new teams or industries?
I have 10+ years of cross-industry experience from SaaS and property management to nonprofits and creative services. My approach is to learn the nuances of the team quickly, assess what’s working, and implement systems that align with their existing strengths. If there is already a good approach, then I come with a joyful attitude and dig in!What’s your tech stack expertise?
I’m fluent in GSuite, Airtable, Zoho One, Trello, Slack, Flodesk, Squarespace, and more. I focus on optimizing the tools a team already uses, but I can also recommend and set up new platforms when it’s time to scale. (My Technical Proficiencies are listed here)Do you prefer project-based work or long-term roles?
If there is the right opportunity for a full-time remote role, then I am open to learning more. Please contact me on LinkedIn.How do you measure success in your work?
Success for me means less overwhelm and more clarity for the founder and their team. That looks like smoother onboarding, automated workflows, reduced time spent on admin, and teams who feel supported to do their best work. If the team is behind, it is because they are not supported in the systems that are currently in place.
