Scaling with Systems & Stability
The Challenge:
 A growing SaaS company was overwhelmed by rapid expansion. The team felt stretched thin trying to balance workloads while being engaged in the recruitment process.
My Role & Transformation:
- Became the first point of contact for new hires, co-creating a smooth recruitment process that helped employees feel supported from day one. 
- Designed efficient workflows and templates that cut down repetitive tasks, tracked important information and streamlined communication. 
- Documented the entire recruitment process, leaving the company with a sustainable system they could use long after my contract ended. 
- Stepped in with intentional roles (Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Recruiter), each focused and structured, rather than one person juggling everything at once. 
- Saved the team 15-25 hours a month by supporting in the intentional roles. 
Results:
- Staff reported feeling “lighter” and more supported with a partner who can take the load off. 
- New hires integrated faster by getting a positive remote experience. 
- Leadership gained peace of mind knowing someone was monitoring the process. 
Impact:
 The company transitioned from needing extra hands to take the workload off, to getting the right hires to sustain the workload.
