THE INTUITIVE EXECUTIVE
Hey! I am Ashley, the founder of Ashley J. Eng. My extensive admin and operations journey started after my stepmother passed away from cancer (10+ years ago). She encouraged me to go back to school (I was a hostess at the time) where I learnt Admin and Bookkeeping skills. Fast-forward to now, I have worked in Property Management, various startup companies, hair salons, a co-working space and a retail store in various admin roles all the way from receptionist, to creating my own role as an onboarding specialist to a leading executive assistant and now a Strategic Operations Partner (with a twist).
Yearning for more flexibility to travel, lifestyle freedom and working with visionary leaders, I started my own business. The journey of an entrepreneur has been filled with ups and downs, yet I wouldn't change it for the world! I am meant to be an entrepreneur, and it gives me joy to be of service. In my holistic approach to work, I believe in bringing my calm, intuitive, attentive, and proactive nature. To nurture loyal and trustworthy bonds in the partnerships I create with my clients.
In my off time, I have a daily meditation practice, enjoy random sewing projects, go to movement classes, long walks in the city or in nature, catch up with friends, co-work at a cafe, eat my way through the city or travel to different towns or countries. You can find me always learning and always growing.
